Sunday night marked the end of a very tremendous event, NECXI, one event that I was glad to be apart of. 250 players came out to this event! There was so much great competition; Everybody had a chance at top 8, me being one of them. While I know I could have done better, I am very pleased with my performance, in teams as well as singles. Me, alongside DMG Gridman, and DMG Weaksauce, represented Team DMG placed top 8 in teams. While I dominated various teams and my teammates did not have to play many matches, we all played very well. I placed top 32 in singles competition, losing to chris hu very early, and fighting my way up the bracket. Unfortunately I ended up on the losing end of a very close match to Marlin Pie. For just my second major tournament, NECXI was a spectacular event, one that I won’t forget. I want to give a special thanks first and foremost to Big E for making this event possible. I would like to shout out all the DMG members; It was great to see you guys this weekend, and you all played very well. I can’t forget about Team Spooky as well for the great stream. Thank everyone that showed up to this event and I hope to see you all at Winter Brawl 5!
